TL;DR
Backend Developer (.NET/C#) - CMDB (.NET/C#, SQL, APIs): Building backend services, enterprise integrations, and data solutions for capacity, availability, asset lifecycle, and licensing management with an accent on CMDB governance, data quality, and cloud-platform integration. Focus on designing scalable API and event-driven architectures, automating reconciliation across infrastructure systems, and maintaining reliable capacity and availability data.
Location: Ebene, Mauritius — hybrid

What you will do
- Own the technical architecture of the Capacity, Availability & Asset Management platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, SQL solutions, and integrations using .NET and C#.
- Build integrations with ServiceNow CMDB, DevOps pipelines, cloud platforms, observability tools, and enterprise systems.
- Own canonical data models and automate CMDB population, reconciliation, validation, and data-quality controls.
- Develop capacity forecasting, utilisation pipelines, availability visibility, SLA/SLO reporting, and asset lifecycle and licensing capabilities.
- Establish engineering standards, conduct technical reviews, mentor engineers, and communicate roadmaps, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional backend software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#, SQL databases, backend services, and REST APIs.
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations between enterprise applications and working with relational, data-driven systems.
- Experience with CI/CD environments, DevOps pipelines, cloud or hybrid environments, and infrastructure domains.
- Strong data modelling, API design, troubleshooting, performance, and integration skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Ebene, Mauritius.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow CMDB or asset management experience.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification.
- Experience with large-scale SaaS, multi-region hosting, enterprise integration platforms, automation frameworks, or event-driven architectures.
- Experience in infrastructure or platform engineering and governing platform data ecosystems.
