Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect spend categories, from category strategy and RFI/RFP execution through supplier evaluation and contract implementation.
- Manage a complex category portfolio by analyzing spend, utilization, cost drivers, market dynamics, and supplier proposals.
- Develop sourcing strategies that deliver savings, standardization, quality, and operational improvements.
- Advise Kaiser Permanente supply chain leaders, clinicians, physicians, and business stakeholders on sourcing and contracting decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder committees, evaluate proposals, recommend contract awards, and present outcomes to executive-level stakeholders.
- Negotiate business, financial, and legal terms with suppliers while managing market conditions, supply risks, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 7 or more years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading indirect spend category management or strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Experience leading RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract implementations across indirect spend categories.
- Strong analytical skills using spend, market, and supplier data to inform sourcing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage executive-level stakeholder relationships and facilitate consensus-driven decisions.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
