QC IM Lab Analyst III

Location: On premise in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, United States. The role requires permanent authorization to work in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $25.88–$43.14 per hour, with possible overtime, weekend, holiday, and other pay premiums.

What you will do

• Perform laboratory work using appropriate equipment, procedures, and methods.
• Complete assignments independently and ensure team assignments are completed.
• Review non-standard work for technical soundness and conduct peer reviews.
• Provide direction and training to team members and support departmental projects.
• Develop processes that enhance cGMP standards and maintain compliant documentation.
• Participate in continuous-improvement activities while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 8 years of relevant experience; associate degree with 6 years; or bachelor's degree, preferably in Chemistry or a related science, with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Ability to write clear technical documents.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant certifications where applicable.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Incoming material inspection experience, including components, AQL inspection, and defect recognition.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about using them to improve productivity.
