Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Must be based in Canada or the United States

What you will do

• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write minimal code optimized for low-resource environments with stringent deployment requirements.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques.
• Implement custom security and privacy-focused solutions where standard libraries are insufficient.

Requirements

• Extensive experience shipping fullstack code (Python and React) in production.
• Proven ability to work across the stack in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building and deploying performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications.
• Comfortable reading, understanding, and fixing issues outside the main codebase.
• Experience working in both large enterprises and startups.
