Reddit & Community Operator (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands; full-time in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ. Includes an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

hirify.global is a subscription platform for creators, designers, and crafters, offering a large commercial content library and AI tools for generating images, removing backgrounds, creating fonts, and producing designs.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's presence and organic distribution across Reddit and other relevant communities.
• Identify subreddits, Discord communities, forums, and niche platforms where potential users are active, and understand their cultures and rules.
• Participate in conversations and create community-native content such as use cases, comparisons, experiments, workflows, and results.
• Run frequent experiments across communities, formats, concepts, and initiatives to generate organic awareness and engagement.
• Build relationships with moderators, community owners, and power users, including opportunities for AMAs, partnerships, exclusive access, and challenges.
• Monitor conversations, collaborate on product launches, and measure reach, engagement, referral traffic, mentions, feedback, and competitive insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community, Reddit, social media, audience development, or another internet-native growth role.
• Deep understanding of Reddit dynamics, subreddit moderation, karma, community rules, and content performance.
• Strong knowledge of Discord, forums, online communities, and internet culture.
• Demonstrated experience creating content or participating in communities to generate meaningful organic engagement.
• Excellent written English and conversational copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone across communities.
• Proactive, experimental, analytical, and capable of building credibility without resorting to spam.

Nice to have

• Experience growing products or brands through Reddit or driving organic traffic from communities.
• Experience running or moderating a subreddit, Discord server, or other online community.
• Experience with social listening and community-monitoring tools.
• Experience with AI, SaaS, or consumer products, and familiarity with Hacker News, Product Hunt, or emerging AI communities.
