Deployment Strategy Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; on-site

What you will do

• Own strategic post-sales programs, including digital deployment, Executive Sponsor, and AI use case rollout, from design through adoption and continuous improvement.
• Translate Customer Success methodology into repeatable ways of working with clear ownership, workflows, and success metrics.
• Define CS performance frameworks, build analytics and reporting, and identify leading indicators.
• Operationalize programs in the CRM through practical workflows, automation, and supporting structures.
• Drive consistent adoption across commercial teams and partner with the GTM Systems Lead on broader system changes.
• Use performance and adoption data to scale effective programs, improve underperforming ones, and stop initiatives that do not deliver value.

Requirements

• Experience taking ambiguous problems from structure and strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including defining success measures and using data for decisions.
• Ability to turn methodologies into clear processes, CRM workflows, automation, and operational ways of working.
• High comfort with AI tools and automation, with a focus on reducing manual work and improving processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence commercial leadership and systems stakeholders without direct authority.
