SQA Engineer II (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid work connected to the local office in Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Belgrade, Serbia.

What you will do

• Test gaming software and review product documentation and packages against customer, jurisdictional, regulatory, and functional specifications.
• Execute test plans and scripts, including scripted, exploratory, regression, load, and performance testing.
• Detect, report, track, and investigate software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with game development teams to identify defect causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain test-result documentation and assist with defining and analyzing test standards and procedures.
• Provide project status updates and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical background in a STEM discipline and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in software quality assurance, test-plan development, software or firmware testing, test tools, or QA methodologies.
• Moderate electronics and computer hardware knowledge with troubleshooting skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Eligibility for full-time employment under a local employment contract in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• Previous experience in game development or testing.
• Familiarity with gaming regulations and jurisdictional requirements.
• Knowledge of casino game rules and core demographic requirements.
• Programming language competency or coding experience.
