TL;DR
Senior UX Designer, Intelligent Experiences (AI) (AI-powered printing ecosystems): Designing end-to-end experiences across printer hardware interfaces, embedded control panel software, PC and mobile applications, services, and onboarding flows with an accent on systems thinking, research, interaction design, and visual craft. Focus on translating complex hardware-software-service ecosystems into cohesive experiences, validating concepts with users, and designing emerging AI-driven workflows.
Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America; based in 's Vancouver office
Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for candidates in the United States.

What you will do
- Design end-to-end experiences across printer hardware interfaces, control panel operating systems, PC and mobile software, setup, onboarding, maintenance, and management solutions.
- Plan and participate in qualitative and quantitative research, including ethnography, focus groups, usability studies, and concept validation.
- Create experience strategies, journey maps, user flows, prototypes, specifications, and reusable design patterns.
- Partner with software, firmware, engineering, program management, product marketing, and interface teams to align user needs, technical feasibility, and brand consistency.
- Improve visual quality and scalability through design systems, detailed design guidance, reviews, and presentations.
- Design AI-driven products and services while experimenting with AI-powered design tools and emerging workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital, device, or service experiences, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in UX, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Service Design, Psychology, Social Sciences, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience strategy, journey mapping, information architecture, systems thinking, interaction design, prototyping, and usability practices.
- Strong visual design judgment, attention to craft, design systems knowledge, and user-centered problem solving.
- Expertise in Figma and working knowledge of FigJam and Miro, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work from 's Vancouver, Washington office.
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware, embedded or device interfaces, software ecosystems, setup flows, management tools, or service journeys.
- Experience designing AI-powered products, services, or workflows.
- Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP) certification.
