Quality Control Specialist (Ride-Hailing)

Location: Remote for candidates based in Serbia

What you will do

• Review customer support agent responses and evaluate their quality.
• Provide feedback on reviewed cases and explain evaluation decisions.
• Analyze performance issues and discuss improvement areas with agents who have low quality metrics.
• Prepare reports on reviewed cases and document identified issues.
• Suggest improvements to make support more effective and improve the user experience.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Support Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Fluent Serbian and Russian at B2 level or higher are required.
• Personal laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for remote work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and support teammates.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
