What you will do

• Guide product teams and the organisation in adopting and continuously improving Scrum and broader Agile practices.
• Mentor teams on self-organisation, servant leadership, and addressing gaps in the Scrum framework.
• Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and product dependencies to support timely releases.
• Support and educate Product Owners on backlog management and effective Agile practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Coach teams toward greater maturity and foster a strong focus on delivering quality games.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team using Scrum principles and values.
• Experience mentoring teams in broader Agile and engineering practices.
• Knowledge of Agile values and principles, including their application across Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and other frameworks.
• Knowledge of at least two Agile Coaching competencies: facilitation, mentoring, teaching, or professional coaching.
• Strong situational awareness, continuous-improvement mindset, and ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English is required.

Nice to have

• Passion for sports and/or games.
• Strong technical background with three or more years of software development experience.
• Agile certifications supported by practical experience and proven coaching skills.
