M365 AI & Collaboration Engineer - Copilot (AI): Developing and administering Microsoft 365 AI and collaboration services, including Copilot agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and Viva, with an accent on governance, security, compliance, and adoption. Focus on managing agent lifecycles, deployment pipelines, DLP policies, audit evidence, security escalations, and analytics dashboards across enterprise environments.

What you will do
- Develop Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and pro-code development methodologies.
- Implement governance policies for Copilot agents and Power Platform environments.
- Administer Dev, Test, and Production Power Platform environments, including DLP policies and compliance monitoring.
- Work with Security teams to prepare compliance audit evidence and manage platform-security escalations.
- Maintain adoption and compliance analytics dashboards for Copilot and Power Platform.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering with hands-on Power Platform administration.
- Experience operating Copilot Studio according to governance standards and managing ALM in Managed Environments.
- Experience implementing security-aligned governance, including labels, DLP, audit, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform services, including agent lifecycle management and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Teams integration, and Viva Suite configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven productivity tools and automation.
- Familiarity with emerging integration options, including MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks and security best practices.
