TL;DR
People Partner (iGaming): Shaping People practices and partnering with managers and department heads in a fast-moving iGaming environment with an accent on employee relations, workforce planning, policy, and engagement. Focus on conducting complex investigations, advising across jurisdictions on employment law, and turning people metrics and feedback into retention and culture initiatives.

What you will do
- Partner with the Head of HR, managers, and department heads on workforce planning, organizational design, and people plans.
- Coach managers through difficult conversations, performance feedback, conflict resolution, and employee concerns.
- Own complex employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and recommend fair, compliant outcomes.
- Draft, update, and roll out People policies aligned with changing global employment laws.
- Analyze turnover, engagement, and other people metrics to identify trends and propose proactive solutions.
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Learning & Development.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or solid proven HR experience.
- Hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Strong understanding of global employment law and confidence working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience in iGaming.
