Focus on testing new hypotheses, scaling PWA and WebView campaigns, and managing daily budgets of $10K and above.

We’re looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead and scale the TikTok Ads direction in iGaming across Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEOs.

Responsibilities:
🟠Lead and develop the Media Buying team
🟠 Build and scale profitable TikTok campaigns
🟠Control ROI / ROMI and key KPIs
🟠Manage budgets and team performance
🟠Test and scale new hypotheses

Requirements:
🟠3+ years in Media Buying / Affiliate Marketing
🟠Strong TikTok Ads + iGaming experience
🟠Team Lead / Senior management experience
🟠Experience with $10K+ daily budgets
🟠PWA / WebView experience
