Sales Application Engineer EMEA (m/f/d)

Location: Austria, Germany, Benelux, or the UK

Salary: From €60,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise for biopharmaceutical applications and process solutions.
• Collaborate with sales managers to develop business at existing and new customers.
• Support customer trials, training sessions, visits, technical presentations, and hands-on product demonstrations.
• Lead URS reviews, technical clarifications, and the technical quotation process.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for aliquoting, freezing, thawing, storage, and transportation of bulk drug substance.
• Manage onsite customer support, design reviews for consumables, product investigations, equipment integration, and technical closure during negotiations.

Requirements

• Degree in business, science, or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical role for a life science supplier.
• Experience with configurator tools.
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical production processes.
• Strong technical knowledge of biopharmaceutical equipment and consumables, preferably for freezing, thawing, and aliquoting.
• Professional English skills and willingness to travel more than 50%.
