What you will do
- Own software and application solutions end to end, from design through production, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and develop new features, system upgrades, and conversions using Java EE, Spring, single-page applications, microservices, Docker, and cloud architectures.
- Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers through delivery support, code reviews, and quality assurance.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across systems and platforms.
- Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and stakeholders to validate requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Contribute to technical standards, design patterns, best practices, and technical hiring evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Advanced expertise in Java EE, Spring Framework, single-page application frameworks, microservices, Docker, cloud architectures, design patterns, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, cloud AI services, LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, basic ML frameworks, and AI API integration.
- Strong software architecture, code quality, DevOps, and agile or waterfall development competencies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, including AI-driven classification, automation, and RAG features.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, teamwork, and results-oriented skills.
