Director, LATAM Market Commercial Organization People Leader

What you will do

• Lead the People Organization for the LATAM Commercial Organization, covering market People Partner responsibilities and country People Organization teams.
• Maintain relationships with Market and Country Managing Directors and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
• Lead initiatives covering organization and culture, talent and leadership, inclusion, workforce planning, and organization design.
• Coach and develop People Partners supporting Country Managing Directors.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners to deliver employee-focused programs.
• Lead global commercial organization projects involving transformation, future of work, talent, and organizational capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions, including HR Business Partnering.
• Global organizational leadership experience and demonstrated people-management experience.
• Experience developing organizational change initiatives, global workforce plans, and organizational capabilities.
• Strong executive coaching, business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, project-management, and influencing skills.
• High discretion, strict confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
