What you will do
- Edit and produce training and promotional videos using major video editing software.
- Develop interactive learning content with Articulate Storyline and convert materials into SCORM-compliant files.
- Arrange and storyboard video content for training modules and internal communications.
- Assist with video shoots, post-production, and digital asset management.
- Create presentations and manage content publishing through Microsoft PowerPoint, Stream, and Teams.
- Collaborate with trainers and trainees to capture learning moments, feedback, and ideas for improving training delivery.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Video Production, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and creative work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, and related tools.
- Familiarity with learning platforms such as SumTotal.
- Experience or understanding of converting learning materials into SCORM files.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with diverse teams across Malaysia and globally.
