Frontend Engineer (React)

Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable web applications with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Translate product requirements and designs into polished, responsive user experiences.
• Design reusable UI components, frontend patterns, and architecture.
• Integrate APIs and financial services in collaboration with backend engineers.
• Improve performance, accessibility, security, testing, developer experience, and frontend workflows.
• Own projects from technical design through implementation and delivery, contributing to code reviews and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Experience building scalable web applications with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Ability to turn complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Experience with reusable UI components, frontend architecture, and technical decision-making.
• Ability to write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders.
