Sr. Lead Associate - Actuarial

What you will do

• Perform actuarial tasks including pricing, reserving, financial reporting, cash flow testing, and actuarial modeling.
• Develop and maintain models assessing the financial implications of life insurance and annuity products.
• Analyze complex data and create tailored solutions for client needs.
• Manage client engagement projects, deliverables, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Act as a primary contact for client projects and collaborate with finance, underwriting, product development, and project teams.
• Ensure the technical accuracy and integrity of analyses, templates, and exhibits while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Life & Health insurance actuarial work.
• Experience with Moody’s Axis and progress toward actuarial credentials such as SOA.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and explain complex actuarial concepts to clients and colleagues.
