Head of Internal Control - Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Location: Hybrid (remote/office), with positions listed in Germany, Spain, Portugal, and the United Arab Emirates; Germany locations include Berlin, Erlangen, and Munich.

What you will do

• Strengthen the internal control environment across procurement, source-to-pay, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and global process leaders to improve efficiency, resilience, and risk management.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and continuously monitor key controls.
• Support manufacturing and supply chain transformation initiatives through effective control design.
• Use analytics to provide actionable insights into operational risks, inventory integrity, supplier governance, and process performance.
• Enable business performance while maintaining a strong and efficient risk management framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Internal Controls, Operational Risk, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Internal Audit.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and related controls.
• Experience with ERP-enabled business processes, operational transformation, data analytics, and automation.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
