Director, Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Define and drive the end-to-end design vision and UX strategy across multiple product lines.
• Establish design principles, standards, design systems, accessibility practices, and usability guidelines.
• Lead the development of AI-first experiences, including intelligent, adaptive, and conversational interfaces.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop a high-performing Product Design organization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Marketing, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable user-centered solutions.
• Establish design operations, workflows, governance, KPIs, and UX quality metrics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading large design teams in product- and engineering-driven organizations.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences.
• Deep expertise in design systems, enterprise applications, and scalable platforms.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams.
