What you will do
- Partner with leaders to implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent matters.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, succession planning, career development, and talent review processes.
- Lead or support change management, employee engagement, culture, inclusion, recognition, training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with compensation, benefits, talent, legal, and other functional partners on HR matters.
- Analyze workforce data, prepare reports and dashboards, maintain HR records, and improve HR processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5β8 years of related experience.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, or related HR functions.
- Knowledge of employment practices, workforce regulations, HR policies, and data privacy requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, consultation, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems; ability to use tools such as Excel and SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting global, international, manufacturing, corporate, or matrixed organizations.
- Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HRIS platforms.
- Experience facilitating training, workshops, leadership development, organizational change, employee engagement, culture, inclusion, or recognition initiatives.
