What you will do
- Analyze sales performance data and create clear reports, visualizations, and recommendations for sales decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Work with large and imperfect datasets to develop consistent, scalable analysis and support calculated-risk decisions.
- Measure internal sales performance using KPIs, KBIs, KKIs, and KSIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, promotions, and incentives, including traffic, leads, CAC, engagement, and ROI.
- Manage multiple reporting requests and evaluate operational and commercial initiatives by translating complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analytics.
- At least 2 years of data analysis experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong organization, communication, relationship-building, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets, adapt to changing priorities, and learn new processes and skills quickly.
- Intermediate SQL knowledge and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
