What you will do

  • Partner with business units and participate in operational and management decision-making.
  • Develop bottom-up financial plans and annual operating plans with business and technology teams.
  • Review plans versus actuals, analyze variances, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Track financial and business metrics, own business-unit OKRs, and support month-end closing reviews.
  • Perform scenario analysis for product enhancements and business initiatives, presenting recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead problem-solving, standardization, and automation projects to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Business Finance.
  • Chartered Accountant or postgraduate qualification in Finance.
  • Strong analytical rigor, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and business decision support.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as a team player.
