Service Transition Associate (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support SMS sender ID registration, including documentation submission, routing setup, and approval follow-up.
• Support end-to-end testing across communication channels and solutions to ensure customer service readiness.
• Collect, review, and validate customer documentation for account verification and KYC compliance.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, request missing information, and correct documentation.
• Maintain trackers and records for sender IDs, routing status, and KYC documents.
• Support activation of Voice and WhatsApp channels for customers and partners.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in regulatory compliance, customer onboarding, and business operations.
• Comfort working with documents, reports, spreadsheets, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of telecommunications, SaaS, or CPaaS environments.
• Familiarity with CRM, service desk, and workflow management tools.
