Product Operations Lead (CPaaS)

Location: Amman, Jordan or Cairo, Egypt; on-site or remote options are available.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve product operations frameworks, governance, planning processes, roadmap reviews, prioritization workflows, and operating cadences.
• Establish scalable practices that improve alignment, transparency, delivery predictability, and execution quality across Product teams.
• Standardize product reporting, KPIs, operational dashboards, and decision-support insights for leadership.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements, AI tools, and workflow automation.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, Support, Presales, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Lead product enablement, launch readiness, feature rollouts, internal demos, adoption initiatives, and customer value communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Enablement, Product Marketing, Presales, Solution Consulting, or related roles.
• Experience leading or scaling operational processes within Product or SaaS organizations.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience turning insights into actionable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, executive storytelling, and independent initiative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or CPaaS environments.
• Experience with solutioning, product demonstrations, AI tools, and workflow automation.
