Principal Pricing Specialist (AI): Leading pricing strategy, monetization, and commercial deal-desk operations for AI-powered customer engagement solutions with an accent on pricing models, profitability, and enterprise commercial structures. Focus on analyzing pricing elasticity, customer behavior, competitive markets, and deal performance while aligning Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Location: On-site in Amman, Jordan

What you will do
- Define and optimize pricing strategies across the AI-powered customer engagement product portfolio.
- Develop pricing models for new products, AI capabilities, feature launches, and packaging updates.
- Own the commercial deal desk for strategic enterprise opportunities, including pricing exceptions, discounts, and commercial terms.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership on commercial strategy and proposals.
- Analyze customer usage, buying behavior, pricing elasticity, segmentation, win/loss data, and competitive pricing.
- Build dashboards and reports covering pricing effectiveness, discount trends, deal profitability, revenue forecasting, and commercial performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, deal desk, business strategy, or pricing analytics.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, CPaaS, Martech, CCaaS, telecommunications, cloud, enterprise software, or technology industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of subscription, usage-based, enterprise licensing, and value-based pricing.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex commercial negotiations.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or CPaaS pricing.
