Director of Enterprise Systems (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for NetSuite and associated enterprise applications across EMEA.
• Lead NetSuite configuration, optimization, enhancements, issue resolution, and adoption across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Operations.
• Optimize Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Inventory Management processes across retail, ecommerce, wholesale, franchise, and international operations.
• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and OMS, Shopify, WMS, POS, 3PL providers, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, deployments, change management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Establish reporting standards, dashboards, data governance, audit readiness, and internal controls while mentoring Enterprise Systems analysts.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience leading Enterprise Systems in retail, ecommerce, consumer products, or fashion.
• Extensive functional expertise in NetSuite ERP and strong knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, enterprise transformation initiatives, and complex multi-channel environments.
• Experience with enterprise integrations involving OMS, Shopify, WMS, POS, and third-party logistics providers.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational change capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
