Content Operation (Localization)

What you will do

• Localize the overseas e-commerce website interface and manage language vendors and language resources.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and development teams to deliver consistent multilingual user experiences.
• Perform localization quality assurance, resolve issues, and lead language quality optimization projects.
• Build and maintain glossaries, style guides, process documentation, and the localization team knowledge base.
• Support new product launches and marketing campaigns with localization and language solutions.
• Collaborate with the AI team on multilingual LLM training and optimization through data annotation, quality assessment, prompt optimization, and evaluation of generated results.

Requirements

• Native Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian speaker.
• High proficiency in English required.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation or localization.
• E-commerce industry experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
