Currency Administration - Senior Product Development Specialist (Foreign Exchange)

What you will do

• Support product development initiatives across the global foreign exchange business line.
• Review, prepare, and document business requirements for currency administration development items.
• Identify product gaps and opportunities, recommend business solutions, and support strategic product planning.
• Create test scenarios and cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, and oversee systems testing against business requirements.
• Manage product development projects from inception through implementation within agreed cost, scope, and timelines.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across Systems, Risk, FX, Operations, and client service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience; fund accounting or currency administration experience is advantageous.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements definition, product proposals, and business and technical workflows.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange trading instruments and the ability to analyze complex issues and make sound business decisions.
• Exceptional proficiency with Excel, VBA, other coding languages, and standard Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, advisory, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
