Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Dallas, New York, Boston, Tempe, Ashburn, Atlanta, Charleston, and Columbus.
Salary: $125,000–$175,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead estimating activities through the construction stage and manage relationships with project teams, general contractors, and clients.
- Develop and implement processes and systems for the estimating team.
- Evaluate initial cost plans and confirm that estimates support agreed project timeframes.
- Own external contractor bid analysis and develop industry benchmarking strategies.
- Provide estimate updates, quality controls, technical guidance, and change order cost analysis.
Requirements
- 15+ years of estimating experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, petrochemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise across estimating stages, peer reviews, and project benchmarking for highly technical facilities.
- Experience building and guiding estimating teams.
- Strong business development, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States.
