TL;DR
Senior Frontend Developer (React): Building and optimizing a cross-browser web extension with an accent on React, TypeScript, accessibility, and REST-based communication with backend microservices. Focus on designing performant frontend architecture, debugging complex production issues, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
Location: Hybrid, three days per week in the Mexico City office

develops a cloud-native Identity Security Platform that protects and governs human and machine identities across modern enterprise environments.
What you will do
- Design and develop a cross-browser web extension using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate the extension with REST-based backend microservices and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and development teams using Scrum processes.
- Implement coding standards, testing, documentation, and software development best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues while improving application performance and optimization.
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency with React and its ecosystem, including React Query, Hooks, and Context.
- Strong JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript skills, with deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with REST backend integration, design patterns, SOLID principles, modern build tools, and CI/CD workflows.
- Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, version control, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to work autonomously with a globally distributed team.
- Hybrid availability in the Mexico City office three days per week is required.
Nice to have
- Experience building and maintaining Chrome or Firefox browser extensions.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Azure DevOps, Azure DevOps pipelines, or YAML.
- Knowledge of web security principles and best practices.
