What you will do

• Align the O2C, R2R, P2P, MDM, and reporting workstreams within the overall SAP strategy.
• Act as the interface between executive leadership and business functions to direct investments toward high-impact SAP initiatives.
• Establish shared-responsibility practices covering sprint management, UAT, and developer coordination.
• Lead and develop functional expert teams across the SAP organization.
• Maintain the stability, compliance, and future readiness of the SAP landscape, including upgrades, migrations, and SAP Clean Core initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP, especially across the Run and Optimize lifecycle phases.
• End-to-end understanding of O2C, R2R, and P2P integration, including resolving issues at module interfaces.
• Experience operating a standard-focused SAP environment while managing enhancements and patches.
• Experience managing multiple domain roadmaps and balancing maintenance, compliance, and business innovation.
• Ability to translate Finance & Accounting requirements into technical SAP solutions.
• Experience with agile or DevOps frameworks and leadership of Functional Product Managers, MDM experts, and Data Analysts.
