Product Manager Maintenance Services - Global Banking

Location: Onsite in North Canton, Ohio, United States; potential quarterly travel within the US and international travel 1–2 times per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the hardware maintenance services strategy for banking self-service technologies, including ATMs and cash recyclers.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with business growth and customer requirements.
• Manage the full service lifecycle from concept and launch through optimization, retirement, and replacement.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends in maintenance services and delivery models.
• Grow the contract base and expand multi-vendor maintenance services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Global Account teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Services Product Management, Maintenance Management, or Service Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of maintenance delivery models and service operations.
• Experience managing commercial service offerings and recurring-revenue businesses.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or Product Management certification.

Nice to have

• Experience in self-service banking, ATM solutions, retail technology, kiosk solutions, or managed services.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, large language models, predictive analytics, and data-driven product development.
• Experience with field service operations, predictive maintenance technologies, remote management platforms, or global service portfolio initiatives.
