Federal - Application Migration Java Developer (Java): Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Java EE solutions for legacy application migration with an accent on end-to-end software delivery and integrated technology solutions. Focus on configuring robust application systems, applying UML and web technologies, and supporting federal client environments.
Location: Tysons, Virginia, USA. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with five years of continuous residency and limited travel outside the country.

What you will do
- Develop Java solutions for legacy application migration.
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain software systems.
- Translate client and business requirements into integrated technology solutions.
- Apply software development technologies, methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Support specific phases of the application lifecycle or deliver solutions end to end.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Java development experience.
- Experience with Java EE platforms.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with five years of continuous residency is required.
- An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required.
Nice to have
- 1–2 years of UML diagramming experience.
- 1–2 years of HTML experience.
- 1–2 years of JavaScript experience.
