IT VIP Onsite Engineer

What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to technical issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to maintain reliability and performance.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and service delivery assignments.
• Work with the team to improve infrastructure effectiveness and resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain incident logs, configuration records, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Apply established best practices and standards to infrastructure support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong technical knowledge.
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping current with industry technologies.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer certification.
