TL;DR
Data & Automation Specialist (Make/n8n/Zapier/Python): Designing and implementing workflow automation solutions for commercial projects with an accent on business process analysis, low-code integrations, and custom Python logic. Focus on connecting CRMs, ERPs, and marketing platforms through APIs and webhooks, synchronizing database data, and scaling reliable automations.

What you will do
- Analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and propose workflow automation solutions.
- Build and optimize workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, and CogniAgent.
- Develop API- and webhook-based integrations between CRMs, ERPs, and marketing platforms.
- Write Python scripts for custom automation logic and data manipulation.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, write SQL queries, and maintain data synchronization.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and scale existing automations for stability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business process automation and workflow design.
- Strong expertise with Make, n8n, or Zapier and experience with AI-powered automation tools.
- Medium Python knowledge, solid SQL skills, and a strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data management.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to explain technical solutions directly to clients.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher for direct communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Understanding of web technologies and basic React knowledge.
