Product Owner Tech4Ops (Platform Operations): Leading strategic Tech4Ops products that support 9.5 million customers and thousands of engineers through automation, observability, security monitoring, and intelligent remediation with an accent on product strategy, roadmap ownership, and operational excellence. Focus on prioritizing complex platform capabilities, aligning senior stakeholders across business and technology, and driving transformation toward ZeroOps.
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work. Candidates must already be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there. Relocation from another country is not considered.
Gross monthly salary: €5,994–€8,563 for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do
- Own a strategic product domain within the Tech4Ops area and translate product vision into a 12-month roadmap.
- Prioritize the backlog and make delivery decisions that balance customer value, operational excellence, technical sustainability, security, compliance, and innovation.
- Drive data-informed decisions, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency and engineer experience.
- Align Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Architects, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams around shared priorities.
- Enable Agile ceremonies and lead transformation beyond incremental improvement toward ZeroOps.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a complex Agile organization.
- Experience managing products with significant business and technology impact.
- Experience with platform, operational, engineering, observability, security, or technology products.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, decision-making, storytelling, and influencing skills.
- Experience with change agility, professional collaboration, and leadership without hierarchy.
- Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
