What you will do

• Lead research and analysis supporting hirify.global’s five-year strategic plan, including market adjacencies, potential acquisitions, and long-term growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market shifts, producing briefings for Product, Sales, and the Management Team.
• Analyse hirify.global’s internal dataset to identify national education trends and generate proprietary strategic insights.
• Develop white papers, blogs, and reports that turn data analysis into compelling narratives for the press and policymakers.
• Build relationships with the Department for Education, policymakers, and sector influencers to support evidence-based policy discussions.
• Monitor policy and legislative changes and assess their implications for the product roadmap, commercial strategy, and public relations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the UK education sector, government policy, and the EdTech market.
• Experience in research, strategy, or a think-tank role with responsibility for end-to-end data projects.
• Ability to analyse datasets in Excel and present strategic findings to management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex policy and data clearly.
• Ability to work independently as a self-sufficient and proactive standalone lead.
