Project Manager (Top Secret Cleared)

Location: Remote, but the candidate must live in the Washington, DC metro area and perform all work in the United States. Foreign-location access is blocked and personal VPN connections are prohibited.

Salary: $119,323–$245,448 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for DCSA leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Lead daily program operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet mission objectives.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, performance metrics, and risks.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and personnel performance for cleared and qualified teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, Department of War policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare executive briefings and status reports, communicate with clients, and support pipeline development, capture strategy, and proposal writing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex federal or Department of War programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Residence in the United States, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to perform all work in the United States.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Experience working with DCSA.
• Experience working with AWS cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project in an Agile project management environment.
