HR Partner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR advisor and partner to plant leadership.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, talent development, and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and organizational change programs.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and effective employee conversations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, and HR Operations Centers of Excellence.
• Use workforce metrics to support business decisions and continuously improve HR processes and organizational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, transportation, or related environments.
• Experience with employee relations, talent development, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, leadership presence, communication, influencing, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
