TL;DR
Deployment Strategist, New Grad - Intel, US Government (data-driven software deployment): Deploying software by analyzing customer workflows, identifying datasets, building bespoke workflows, and translating operational needs into product improvements with an accent on customer engagement, data integration, and user adoption. Location: Washington, D.C.; on-site work required in a US office. Ability to travel 25–75% is required, depending on location and team.
Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, excluding benefits, sign-on bonus, and potential long-term incentives.

What you will do
- Meet with customer analysts on site to understand critical questions and identify workflow pain points.
- Find relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to support product adoption.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into product offerings.
- Build demos and scope potential engagements across new industries and expanding locations.
Requirements
- Active Full Scope Poly Level clearance required.
- Ability to work on site in Washington, D.C. and travel 25–75% required.
- Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, product intuition, adaptability, and user empathy.
- Willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow with a low-ego approach.
- Programming, scripting, or statistical package experience such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is a plus.
