Deployment Strategist, New Grad - Commercial (Data Deployment and Product Strategy): Deploying data-driven software solutions by analyzing customer workflows, integrating datasets, and building bespoke user workflows with an accent on customer problem discovery, product strategy, and user enablement. Focus on designing extensible data pipelines with engineers, training users, presenting proposals to executive audiences, and translating field insights into scalable product offerings.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid workplace. Ability to travel 25–75% is required, depending on location and team.

What you will do
- Meet with customer analysts onsite to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Partner with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-company product offerings.
- Build demos for prospective and existing customers and scope engagements in new industries and locations.
Requirements
- Fluent business Korean and English, written and spoken
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
- Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027
- Ability to work on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Analytical, adaptive, introspective, and willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
