Token Listing Counsel (Web3)

Location: Vienna, Austria; full-time and on-site

What you will do

• Advise on legal, regulatory, and risk matters related to digital token listings.
• Review token listing applications for compliance with applicable laws and exchange policies.
• Lead due diligence covering whitepapers, tokenomics, project structures, and legal opinions.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulators, and internal Listing, Compliance, Business Development, Risk, and Product teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate listing agreements and related documentation.
• Monitor global digital asset regulations and support listing governance, policies, risk matrices, ongoing reviews, and delistings.

Requirements

• Degree in law, such as JD, LLB, or equivalent.
• Eligibility to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, financial markets, or digital token offerings.
• Strong understanding of global crypto regulations, securities laws, and regulatory bodies including the SEC, MiCA, and MAS.
• Excellent communication, legal writing, stakeholder management, and independent working skills in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a crypto exchange, law firm, or fintech company.
• Familiarity with tokenomics, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
