Principal Tech & Product Engineer (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the exchange monitoring and alerting platform.
• Build observability systems covering metrics, logs, and tracing.
• Optimize alert noise reduction, distributed tracing, and anomaly analysis.
• Drive system stability initiatives, including SLA management, monitoring coverage, incident detection, and emergency response.
• Improve the monitoring platform’s performance, availability, and user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, SkyWalking, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and stream or batch processing engines such as Flink or Spark Streaming.
• Familiarity with Thanos, Druid, ClickHouse, microservice architecture, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong system design and troubleshooting skills.
