What you will do

• Receive, issue, dispatch, track, and reconcile inventory according to FIFO standards.
• Maintain stock cards, goods-received and goods-issued logs, daily stock reports, and monthly stock-take records.
• Manage spare parts inventory, reorders, faulty stock returns, repair tools, and tool kits.
• Perform basic checks and in-warranty repairs on faulty units and verify technical issues.
• Maintain an orderly store and repair workbench while following safety procedures.
• Assist walk-in customers, Energy Officers, and the Call Center with customer queries and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
• Strong communication, people, customer-service, problem-solving, teamwork, and reporting skills.
• Computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• High integrity, flexibility, and a proactive, positive attitude.
