Location: Anywhere in the US with onsite work required one week per month; open to relocation within the US with relocation assistance.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end digital campus modernization for Kern Community College District and oversee enterprise application service delivery, including Banner ERP.
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap covering SaaS adoption, cloud transformation, ERP modernization, and digital campus connectivity.
- Advise executive leadership on technology strategy, governance, prioritization, and alignment with institutional outcomes.
- Own service performance, security, reliability, optimization, adoption, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems.
- Advance enterprise integration, data, analytics, AI-informed decision-making, automation, and application governance.
- Lead vendors, complex transformation programs, and a blended Managed Services and district team.
Requirements
- Director-level leadership experience with Banner in higher education or similarly complex client environments.
- Experience owning client outcomes in managed services, consulting, or outsourced delivery models.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation, ERP modernization, and SaaS or cloud adoption initiatives at scale.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, govern priorities, and lead distributed teams.
- Expertise in enterprise integration, data strategy, analytics, AI, automation, governance, vendor management, and application lifecycle strategy.
- Ability to work from the US and be onsite one week per month; relocation to the US is supported.
