is an ecommerce company expanding its Rocket Delivery and international delivery services in Taiwan.
What you will do
- Define category growth strategies across product availability, pricing, and delivery experience.
- Develop plans to scale existing initiatives and roadmaps for new growth programs.
- Align brand management, marketing, pricing, finance, and business teams on cross-functional goals.
- Monitor program performance, resolve issues, and drive improvement plans.
- Create category scorecards using input and defect metrics, and present reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ecommerce program management, category management, or business management.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- Ability to translate business insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel or similar software.
- Fluent English and Mandarin required.
