What you’ll do

• Support the deployment and execution of global sourcing strategies and category plans.
• Contribute to global sourcing strategies, category RFPs, and end-to-end sourcing projects.
• Manage commercial aspects of existing contracts, including obligations, critical dates, service credits, escalations, disputes, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with Group and local Brand, Customer Operations, Supply Chain Management, Legal, Business, and Audit teams.
• Develop category-specific contracting and commercial models and promote innovation, operational excellence, customer experience improvements, and savings.
• Maintain spend, vendor, contract, and repository data, including data-cleaning activities and financial target reporting.

Requirements

• University degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Passion for data, analytics, business intelligence, and digital tools.
• Strong numerical, reasoning, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across functions and geographies and work effectively with virtual teams.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English and German is required.
• Flexibility, creativity, and an ability to contribute to continuous innovation.
