Retail Onboarding Manager (Product Compliance Operation)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Salary: More than NT$40,000 per month; fixed or variable compensation depends on qualifications and performance.

What you will do

• Lead daily operations of the product onboarding review team, including supplier credentials, product classification, and compliance checks.
• Allocate resources, manage workflows, and maintain high-quality product reviews.
• Partner with the Policy Team to translate regulatory updates into operational procedures and training programs.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, align compliance goals, and resolve cross-departmental issues.
• Ensure product listings, registration numbers, statutory disclosures, and advertising content comply with regulations and internal policies.
• Optimize onboarding controls and coordinate with the post-onboarding team on escalated compliance issues.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in product compliance, catalog operations, or listing review management in e-commerce or retail.
• Experience managing end-to-end product onboarding workflows, operationalizing regulatory changes, or leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong adaptability and practical problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Nice to have

• SQL and Excel Pivot Tables proficiency for data analysis.
• Experience building structured dashboards.
